I have a AH fox shotgun with the serial number 25049 with the name Ansley H. Fox stamped on each side. Can anyone tell me the approx date of manufacture.

Your gun is likely from the 1919-1920 time frame, but the only way to know for sure is to get a letter from the Savage historian -- http://www.foxcollectors.com/factory_letters.htm
