I have a Central Arms 410 single shot shotgun handed down to me by my father-in-law that I can't find much information about. No serial number. From what I could find it isn't worth much at all and was made by another company (I think J.C. Higgins) and rebranded for a hardware store. I believe it's from around the 1920's. My questions are:
Is there a way to find out what year it is?
Is the gun safe to fire with modern ammunition?
The stock is broken, anyone know where I can find a replacement stock?
Thanks!
Jay
