The first of the 5 Regional Championships will take place In a few short weeks.
The South Central Regional Championship will be hosted at Rio Brazos in Houston Texas.
If you have not been to this site, it is a crown jewel in the State of Texas. That being said, those who frequent the venue will be shocked at the new look for the Championship.
The shoot hosts have authorized the target setter Tim Miles to expand the facility and from the initial reports, it will be a stunning look. Shooters can be confident that regardless of the rotation for any event, they will not be facing the sun as a competition issue.
The staffing for this event is special!
Connie Parker will be our host on behalf of Rio Brazos. Her command of the I-Clays registration system is second to none. Registration will be quick and easy. Once you've settled in you will see the attention to detail by the staff lead by Matt Garver is exquisite.
Detail to signage, refuge, and hospitality will be complete and comprehensive.
Tim Miles will lead the Target setting staff. His early trips for the mapping of the property has his adrenalin soaring. Those who have traveled to the Coyote Springs tournmaments in Tucson or any of the Targetline Cups at Fossil Pointe knows that he throw big targets that are easy to see and does not demand you pass a eye test to have a reasonable chance to break the targets.
This event will be well attended by vendors, and have a great tournament atmosphere, and should be at the best weather time of the year here in Texas!
Additionally, an 8 station practice course will be available from March 18th thru April 1st away from the competition courses. This will give travelers who arrive early the chance to train or take lessons from the several pro instructors attending the event.

Robert Crow has been actively involved to help insure this event kicks off in the true fashion a great championship should. This is a can't miss event!

Over 350 competitors have made the choice to come try an early dose of Texas hospitality. Come join us!

See you there! Please stop by and say hello!
